Contacting buyer's after sale.

Hello, after posting a buyers item I always used to send them a quick note to say that the item was on it's way and to say thank you for their purchase.  Now when I try to contact the buyer I am always pushed through to the all messages list not to the buyer. Does anybody know why? Thank you

Just a point you may not be aware of, if you do not communicate with the buyer you get an Automatic 5 * for Communication in the DSRs.  Doesn't make sense to me , only ebay could dream up such a weird idea.

You could just put a note in thepackage and still get automatic 5 * rating.
