Why is it impossible to contact ebay??????? I am trying to return a couple of items I bougth which do not fit despite being apparently the correct size. I have been using the ebay returns service which now claims I asked about items not received. I did not. All I want to do is to get a refund, however ebay is not available to talk to, email or anything else.
