Hello!
Why is it impossible to contact eBay?? I live in Sweden and ordered an item where the actual purchase was withdrawn by eBay due to some dodginess from the seller.
The amount paid was returned to my credit card (paypal didn't work at that moment) but somehow £15 gone amiss in this return.
Maybe it's the exchange rate that changed, but I'm not so sure, it was only like a couple of days max 1 week, and the original amount was £250.
How come that I can't contact eBay to resolve the matter?
Why the missing £15?
This site obviously don't want to stay in business.
