Can anyone tell me how to contact eBay please? Preferably during the day. I need help with a problem that has been previously misunderstood by eBay. I was lucky enough to contact an eBay rep in America last week who understood, he passed it on to a UK rep who suggested I keep my returns request open when I do not want to return as it will cost more than the items worth. I tried to reply to the the UK rep to explain this from my email where she contacted me but it wouldn’t send, I don’t think my items will arrive as had problems with the seller before and want to be able to open a ‘not received request’, if I need to.

why did you open a returns request before receiving the items?

you can only open one case per purchase, so if you close this case you won't be able to open another case if the items don't arrive,

no one here can sort out your problem, as we don't work for ebay

Initially I cancelled the order straight after ordering as I changed my mind. The seller said they had refunded in an email to me and they have not, neither does it show as refunded on my purchase history.
I have now realised it’s possible to email eBay but maybe not as you say you don’t work for them?
I couldn’t get in contact with eBay as no live chat was available so in desperation I opened a returns request hoping it would provide a means of communication to eBay which I could explain the situation. I have since decided I may as well keep the vases ifvthey artice as it costs more to return them than what the. Order cost. Vases can arrive from June 28th to August 10th. I became aware when looking in my PayPal account for the refund that actually wasn’t refunded that I have had problems with this seller before as I saw a refund from them in April. When I saw that I momentarily made the mistake of thinking I had received the refund and even thanked the seller, but I later realised the refund was for a previous order back in April that failed to arrive. I thought this email was to contact eBay so who are you please?
