Can anyone tell me how to contact eBay please? Preferably during the day. I need help with a problem that has been previously misunderstood by eBay. I was lucky enough to contact an eBay rep in America last week who understood, he passed it on to a UK rep who suggested I keep my returns request open when I do not want to return as it will cost more than the items worth. I tried to reply to the the UK rep to explain this from my email where she contacted me but it wouldn’t send, I don’t think my items will arrive as had problems with the seller before and want to be able to open a ‘not received request’, if I need to.
I will try and help you here but not sure I am understanding the situation fully.
Firstly, if you wish to kepp an item, then simply close that return in the resolution centre.
If you wish to open a case for item not received ( it seems from your post it's from the same person, same item ??) then if a resonable time passes your item's last estimated date for delivery open a case for item not received in the Resolution centre. Even from the same seller this has to be for a different item, so you can open a separate case.
No need to contact eBay Customer Support in the Philippines over this, they will give you the same instruction.
I am completely baffled how you can open a return case if the item has not arrived yet, didn't think this was possible. No one here can close that return case, you have to do it, just go to the Resolution Centre and close the case there. However, if you think they may arrive broken may be wise to keep it open once closed the same case cannot be opened for that same item.
Here is the link for the resolution centre if you wish to close that case.
