I listed my phone on ebay .Someone send me the offer of 200 pounds which i accepted it and I started waiting for the payment to come from Buyer but after an hour Buyer cancelled the order and I was sent a cancel request to accept which I declined.
Now Buyer sent me email that he is not buying it and My phone is showing under the list of Sold items.
Is ebay still going to charge me their fee or not?
Second question what is going to happen next ?
Shall i relist it or not.
Also when I am trying to relist the item its asking me to link with paypal for the direct payment which I never got asked when i listed the item first time.Can anyone explain this to me.
