How to complaint against eBay

EBay doesn't have a complaints procedure. and complaining to their customer support call centre achieves nothing.

Plenty of members have talked about complaining in writing to their head office. I don't think we've ever heard from anyone about the outcome.

Very often the problem is that what members see as "unfair" is in fact one of eBay's stated policies. We have all accepted these in the user agreement, but very few members have actually read them! This especially applies to eBay's decisions on money back guarantee claims.

If you wish to explain what the problem is, someone here will be able to advise you what can be done about it.

Hello. Yo elaborate on a case. My account has set if limitations unable for me making return on whatever the reason.! I ve been told I have too many returnSo therefore was flagged by eBay system, As long I return item accordingly to the UK return law ebay employees action appear illegal; especially as the number of my returns is small in comparison to the huge number of the purchase I was making via e bay

Through a very aggressive explanation I ve been told I am haven too baby returns in my account .

Ebay gives you rights that are additional to the rights given to you by law. They are not stopping you returning something, they have simply stopped you using their system to do it. If you have bought from a business seller then you still have the right to return an item, just not through ebay.
