Hi all, so this is what happened. I wanted some tickets to Legoland for my granddaughter. I saw a pair in an auction and the same person had a buy it now auction for two tickets both running at same time. I messaged her and asked have you got two pairs of tickets, she didn't reply. I then won the auction and paid for the tickets. I then get a message saying her husband had given them away earlier in day. I then get a full refund. I don't believe she had two pairs of tickets and she shouldn't have been trying to see what gave her the best return. It's out of order. What can I do ?
