Complain about a member

Sorry there is No Complaints Department. If you would like some Advice just explain on here what the problem is.

I sold a foundation, posted it, was received, then I got a return request(I don’t offer returns unless something is faulty), so, after calling eBay for advice, I declined his request(It said in the request that he didn’t check and bought the wrong shade), then he left me vile and abusive feedback, which eBay has thankfully removed.....I thought that would be the end of it, but I have come home from work today to find a message from him asking me for my address!
