Don't Reply. Ignore him. Go to Help and Contact at the very foot of the Page. Enter "Setting Buyer Requirements." That will tell you how to Block him from Buying from you. There is also a Link to stop him Messaging you. Although as you have recently been in a Transaction with him it won't Click in for awhile. If he threatens you Report him to the Police.

Thank you, I have already added him to my blocked bidder list. To stop him contacting me, Is that the ‘don’t allow blocked bidders to contact me’ button? Do you know how long that takes to become affective? I have also made eBay aware just Incas this carries on being an issue 😕 what a day! But, thank you so very much for your help 🙂

I sold a foundation, posted it, was received, then I got a return request(I don’t offer returns unless something is faulty), so, after calling eBay for advice, I declined his request(It said in the request that he didn’t check and bought the wrong shade), then he left me vile and abusive feedback, which eBay has thankfully removed.....I thought that would be the end of it, but I have come home from work today to find a message from him asking me for my address!
