Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong with this.
This is what I have on the relevent page
Accept combined payments
Allow buyers to send one combined payment for all items purchased
Time period to combine payments 5 days

Some people ask for a combined invoice but most tell me that they don't have the option to ask on the page. I am a private seller and not a business, will this make a difference? Thank you

buyers have to put the items in their basket and use the request total button,
people using the APP don't get the 'request total' option, they have to use the full site to see it.
