Hi
i had a seller buy with ebay managed payments and pick up from me. I didnt realise u needed to get a code to prove collection. Buyer now says they cant find it on their emails and ebay is holding my payment. Is there someone i can contact to sort this out? I cannot find it online anywhere

Codes often do not appear ...
Mark as paid and despatched in More actions or Order/Sold ... as a New seller, best to accept Cash on inspection/collection = No risk of 21 day payment holds, Chargebacks or claims for Not received/not as described/damaged etc. >
