Collection code not received

I haven't received a collection codefor my item even though it shows as having been delivered yesterday. What can I do, please?

Call eBay Customer Support now,  from the Help & Contact tab above.  Type into bar there ....  Click & Collect collection Code required,  and follow prompts to Call Us.

Make sure then you collect within 7 days of being notified the item is in store,  after that deadline passes,  the store may dispose of the item as they wish.
