I closed a return case as the seller told me to so he could send me a replacement. The replacement was sent out but was also faulty so I sent it back. Seller now saying I need to open a return case to receive a refund but I can't as I've already closed it.
That is what happens.You only get one case, there was no need to close, it would not prevent the seller sending a replacement,.That is why we always recommend getting a refund as the replacement is never covere as to get it you use up your one case.
If you paid by paypal, try a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE with them and GET a refund, not another replacement as the same thing could happen.
NEVER close a case at the request of seller, usually that is the end, you never get the refund or replacement and you cannot escalate to ebay as the case is closed.
