Hi I recently bought an item ,an electric wax burner. I selected click and collect at a local store as it's easier for me.
I found it had been delivered .but no collection code.
Asked shop about it.they say wait till collection code.
I then found out they had refused to sign for it and it was sent back to seller.
Can the store do this!!!
