Click and collect

Hi I recently bought an item ,an electric wax burner. I selected click and collect at a local store as it's easier for me.

I found it had been delivered .but no collection code.

Asked shop about it.they say wait till collection code.

I then found out they had refused to sign for it and it was sent back to seller.

Can the store do this!!!

If it had been delivered the store would have signed for it even as a bulk delivery.

How long ago since you knew it was delivered?

If within past 7 days contact eBay for collection code,which you should always do if you don't receive one within 24 hours of delivery to store.

After 7 days of non collection the store will dispose of item or reurn to seller.

If they never accepted it open a case for item not received
