Click and collect fm code not received

I haven't received the FM code to collect my item. Seller has issued me with delivery conformation which shows ecp code and informed me I can use this to collect my parcel but store refusing this telling me I need the FM code before they will release the parcel. How do I request the FM code.

It is ebay that sends the code and not the seller

The seller does not get the code

They send to the shop and once it is sorted there then ebay send you the code

If you have not received the code then you go to Help and contact at the top of the page and put in Click and collect in the search box

You must not delay as you have 7 day to collect and if you dont do it in that time then you lose your money and your item

Thanks for your suggestion but I've already tried searching in the help and contact section and it only covers information for sellers using click and collect. Also tried contacting eBay and asked for the click and collect team and that was a waste of time. I for one won't be using click and collect again.

It was not a suggestion it is what you do if you do not get the code.

If you tried when you posted your question or this reply then the phones were not open so there would be no contact details.
The phones open at 9am on a weekday

I have just checked and the information for contact is there
CAll us and Chat is there at the moment whether that is open I dont know but the phone contact should appear around 9am
Contact details also show on the first page that you open up on Help and Contact
It changes as the options are available
Go back and try again
