I opened a case for non-receipt and have been advised by seller that delivery of my item was attempted by Royal Mail to nominated Click & Collect store on Monday 21st December and the store refused to accept. This is confirmed by Royal Mail tracking history. I've used this store several times, so baffled as why item of clothing was refused as I picked up clothing from the store last week?
It all depends on what the tracking says
If it says Delivered then you would lose
If it does not say delivered then you should win the dispute
Make sure you escalate the dispute after a full 3 days
