Classified ad fees? I'm confused

Hi everyone. I need your help please. Do classified vehicle fees fall under "managed payments" or paypal? I signed up to managed payments because I had to, and the first thing I'm selling under this scheme is a vehicle. Email from ebay saying I have "insufficient funds" which isn;t correct - so I'm wondering if C.A fees come out of Paypal? Thanks

Just had a look at your classified ad.

Just right especially "cash on collection or bank transfer accepted." And don't remove the ad until you have been paid.

You have no more fees to pay.

Classified ads. have a fixed fee of I believe £14.99 payable when listed. There are no other fees.

How have you paid fees in the past? If ebay takes from Managed Payments, then they have the Back up of Direct Debiting your bank. 

The last thing you want for selling a vehicle is Paypal, not much use selling a vehicle, if the buyer can get his money back and keep the car.

Thanks v much. Usually ebay just take the fees via DD. I've not sold anything for a month or so though
