I bought a Samsung phone from a guy in China (brand new) I have had nothing but problems, it freezes constantly, it turns itself off, and when trying to read on the Kindle app it will scroll thru pages as if it has a life of its own, only removing the battery will stop it. The seller told me to restore factory settings, which I have but the problems persist. I took it into a local phone repairer and the guy suspects it's a fake. I have asked to return it, but apparently a return label cannot be sent, and the seller wants me to send it back untracked!!! What should I do?
THANKS FOR YOUR REPLIES, FOR SOME REASON I CAN'T REPLY (IS IT JUST ME?) THE MESSAGE RE HAVING TO PAY FOR THE RETURN MYSELF WAS FROM EBAY:-
XXXXXXX let us know that they can't buy a return postage label for you to use for Samsung Galaxy S III GT-I9300 - 16GB - Pebble Blue(Unlocked) Android Smartphone.
The seller is still responsible for return postage costs, so contact them to arrange return postage.
Open a not as described case.
Read of the eBay money back guarantee and follow the instructions carefully -

As it's not as described the seller has to cover the return costs and you must return it tracked.
