If you have opened a case, then enter those tracking details into the dispute. If the seller does not refund in 8 days, the option to escalate to ebay will appear. Escalate on day 9, and eBay will step in and fully refund you.
Do not close the case early on any promise from the seller of a refund or replacement, once closed it cannot be reopened. let it run the full 8 days, and if it is not resolved in that time, do not forget to escalate.
