Hi there,
I was contacted by a buyer who said that I couldn't charge packaging costs in my postage price (so I couldn't include the cost of packaging the item) as ' Ebay only allows postage to be charged'.
I have looked up the rules and feel fairly confident that I'm entitled to include the cost of packaging items in the postage cost - is this correct?
Do I need to state this in the item's specification - should I note that the postage includes a handling fee?
Thanks for any help!

Never state or go into details of what's covered.
your buyer is talking rot.
P&P - tell them to look up what the second 'P' stands for.
If i were you i'd block them from buying from you.
