Charcoal

I ordered a bag of 5kg charcoal for £12.99 but when it came out had Tesco's on the pack and o looked up for a 4kg bag it costs 5.99. when I contacted the seller he said but I didn't get it from Tesco he got it Fromm auction and the advert was on. When you look at the picture you can see they have tucked it over to hide Tesco's. I think it's disgusting to charge that much. I would like a refund and send it back through my husband's work but I've not got the address

As long as the bag you received contained 5KG then you hjave no grounds for complaint

It's like the ALDI Kevin the carrott....bought for £5 & selling for £40.......you pay a price you are willing to pay

Most businesses [indeed all that stay in business] have this principle of selling for more than they paid. It's called profit and out of that comes all their business expenses too. Even in this limited example you had the charcoal delivered [included in the price]. If you could have got it delivered from a well known supermarket that would have no doubt cost extra

If it is a private seller,I can't see that you have any grounds to return.

You should have checked the Tesco price, or shopped around before buying. No one forced you to overpay.
