Nowhere does it appear to mention Name Change on Marriage. I doubt that you can just change your name without providing ebay with some evidence.
It is not allowed to pass your account on to someone else and if it was possible to change names, without providing proof it would be all to easy.
I suspect you will have to contact ebay to make this sort of change. Use Help & Contact and scroll down for contact details, they should be able to explain what you need to do.
