Changing dispatch time

How do you change the dispatch time? It currently says 2 days I think and I would like it to be 3 days. Is this possible? Thanks

During the listing process (or revise current listings without bids/offers) under the heading "Delivery details" you'll see Dispatch time with a dropdown menu to increase it.
