Yep! You are seeing the new Seller Hub.
It is a permanent change being rolled out to all.
Took me a long time to get used to it, still has a glitch or two I don't like, but some aspects are better. I agree I do not like change either.
You can go back to the old page by going to Selling Tools >> Go to My eBay >> Selling. However, every time you change a page, it will go back to the new Seller Hub.
