Change my account language

Originally opened my account in Germany. Moved to the UK, updated my address, but a large part of my ebay interface is still in German. How can I change to English?

Still registered as = Member since 28-Oct-15 in Switzerland  ... Contact eBay UK Customer Services and request that they transfer your account registration to the UK site > https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home

how can I do that? I get two options: chatbot (useless) and community help (here I am)
