I received an item that was missing parts and after getting nowhere with seller I entered a resolution case.
Ebay put my resolution case on hold for 3 days to review on May 3rd.
I emailed customer support on May 12th, no answer
I emailed customer support on May 19th, no answer
I eventually got chat support on May 23rd who said I would get response within 3 days, I never got an answer
I got another chat support on May 23rd which was escalated to 3rd level support. The person said that the outcome would be communicated in 24-48 hours. I still have not received an answer
Does anyone know how I can escalate within ebay as custmer support won't respond and chat support gives incorrect information.
Alternatively do I report this to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission for breach of EU Regulation 2019/1150 ?
Three days after opening the dispute you go back and escalate the dispute

If you did not then the case would probably time out.
You dont say when you opened it or what it says now

WE in the Uk are not in the EU so they would have no authority on ebay.c o.uk
YOu are as you are in Ireland
