Cancellation is always declined

Has anyone noticed that when an order is placed, evan if you try to cancell it within seconds,the cancellation  request is always declined as the order has already been dispatched.

I find it hard to believe goods are dispatched within seconds of the order being placed.

Twice recently this has happened to me, and I am now NOT ever gong to use EBAY again,as a buyer I do not seem to have any control anymore.

Sorry should have added, I got the impression that I was buying from the U.K only to find in the conformation e.mail that delivery is going to take weeks.That it why I wanted to cancel.

Why are you wanting to cancel just after you won.

if you dont want item, dont bid.
