Cancel bids from overseas buyer

I have an electrical item listed whith uk post only.

A buyer in Sri Lanka has put 13 bids on it and messaged me saying he wants to pay 20 dollars and have free postage(!) can I remove his bids as I feel he may block others or put them off, or should I wait till ended and see if they win?

Can I cancel it them if so?

advise gratefully received.

I would wait and see if they win

If they do then they should not be able to pay until you sent an invoice with postage included

Dont send an invoice

If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days

You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback

If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees

You have 32 days to open a dispute

See the link to Buyer reqiuirements and set yours to block countries you do not sell too and they will not be able to bid at all
