I want to cancel an order (Nr 09-06275-82183) that I made on 19th of December because I wanted a certain lego for my son and later I found that it is not authentic. In tracking it looks like it has not dispatched yet. I sent a message to the seller 2 days ago, telling him that he has delayed to dispatch the item and about the cancellation but I have not yet received any answer from him. What can I do?
Given the current world situation, plus the time of year and the fact that you are inGreece, it would take some time to reach you, especially as you ordered it on Dec 19th.
