Cancel a sale'

hi there i canceled a sale with agreement from the buyer who confirmed the transaction - but my final value fee has not been credited to my account,i have checked the following

1. Go to My eBay and select the Account tab
2. Select Seller Dashboard, and then Credits
3. Enter the item number into the search box

but still no sign of the credit

any help would be great.
