Cancel a return

Hi I need help 

I started a return as seller didnt respond and now I need to cancel the return as we have been in contact and agreed a solution 

Can you assist me with how to cancel a return please

Agreed a solution!!!!!!!  Once you cancel the return you cannot reopen a case and the "Agreement" can be forgotten. 

You only cancel return after you have been satisfied !!! Even if seller is honest once closed if the agreement doesn't work out that is it, you will not get a refund or what ever you have agreed.

Thanks for the advice I'll bear that in mind in future, I got my refund so I guess I was lucky that the seller was an honest person. Thanks for your help
