Can't reply to seller messages

I can't reply to any sellers today, I have bought a number of things online recently, and sent messages to some sellers yesterday, to which they have replied to me, but I am unable to reply to them.

I have cleared my cache, although never had to do that before, but thought I would before someone says to do so.

I have also tried the link from the reply emails and also the contact me link on the actual sellers page, but nothing works, all I get is a error message every time saying = "This message cannot be sent at this time" or "You've already responded to this question" when each time I did I got the error message.

I've tried from my mobile device, and another computer, so it seems the issue is with eBay, anyone else having this issue?

There's a problem with eBay Messages at the moment.
