Can't delete items from Watch list, now account unusable

Been unable to delete items from watch list for months now, no help from Customer Support. Now being told I have exceeded maximum number of items, well there's a surprise.

Try this which usually works >> Using a PC/Laptop (and not Internet Explorer) >> Open the Watch list page, click in the box to left of the item/s to be removed (blue box/white tick appears) then click on the >> Delete tab above ... when a pop up blue tab = 'X # items removed' -- shows on bottom of screen, refresh the page (F5) to stop the items reappearing.

Another solution is to open the listing for the watched item, and click unwatch.

I dont know if this works but I did read that if when the red message comes up if you just reload it instead of clicking the X then it works

Thanks for trying to help unfortunately none of this has worked and getting no support from eBay either. I am using Chrome and have deleted all cookies as advised but has made no difference. Now I get that basic HTML-type page on ebay with all the graphic design stripped out and no menus/links responding. No problems on other sites so can't be my computer

Your first post was yesterday and since then there are many comnplaints of problems on ebay I have them myself still ongoing
Links not opening up pages only showing text and other problems
One member did say it may be to do with Virgin media and to switch off Child safe
I am on Virgin and it did not work for me but who knows if you are on Virgin then anything is worth a try
May not work
