Hello, I am having problems with contacting someone who bought from me. I thought I had sent them a message, however now I am not sure if it has arrived. I have been sent a message from Ebay saying a dispute is open, but when I try to re-send the message and submit it, I get this error message.
I'm sure there used to be a webchat feature with ebay but I can't find it. It looks like I haven't responded to the issue, but I have. I am not sure what to do next.
