Can’t cancel a bid!!

Bidder placed bid before finding out I dont post to Italy and says he can’t cancel the bid! Any ideas how I do this?

Buyers can retract a bid [although not reading the listing is not really a good reason] eBay does record bid retractions which are said to count against their account.  I would certainly make sure that he does so and not you

The buyer could ans should retract their bid.

If the don't, you as the seller can cancel it, see: https://www.ebay.co.uk/bfl/cancelbid
