An item you selected wasn't added to your basket because the seller won't sell to buyers that don't meet their requirements.

I have 100% feedback for 14 years. What is wrong?

there are several reasons why sellers block bidders, feedback isn't one of them.

the seller has set their requirements and you don't meet them, find a different seller
