Can Positive feedback from buyer be removed

Hi
We received a positive review but a negative comment. (states item not the right colour : ie item not as described.

I contacted the buyer to apologise and they stated, Sorry that message was sent by mistake. Your sample was gorgeous xx thanks so much

I have had negative feedback left by mistake removed in the past (directly by Ebay) and have also used the Feedback Revision Button but am i right in thinking Ebay wont remove a positive review even though the buyer left the comment in error

Ive asked the buyer to leave a follow-up message is that about all i can do?

Negative Comments on Positives are not allowed, you could ask Ebay to remove it.

However it would be simpler for you to leave a follow up comment, as in any case once the Feedback is off the page it will not stand out.
