Firstly, are you sure that you really need to contact eBay? One reason why it's hard to get through is that so many members contact them with unnecessary questions that are answered in eBay's help pages. Always try these first - just click here, and enter a few words in the search field: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home
If you can't find the answer, you can contact customer support by clicking on "Help& contact" or "Contact us" at the top or bottom of almost every page on eBay. Or just follow the link above, and scroll down to the "Contact us" box.
Otherwise, you've come to eBay's board of community experts so if you explain what the problem is someone here will probably be able to help you - and a lot more quickly than eBay.
