I advertised a product that l am selling and clearly states on the listing what items that customers will get. Today l recieved 2 Negative feedbacks from customers stating that l never mentioned this on my listing but it clearly does. l had another customer who wanted to make a purchase today and inform them that it does not come with the gas cylinder as stated on the listing, hence the cheap price and they thanked me as they never read the listing properly.
What do l do?
