Your buyer paid £50 for a dummy, shop display Chanel Bleu bottle - not far short of price of the real thing!

 

I know that you stated that it was a dummy, but you wrongly listed it as new under "men's fragrences", which it wasn't. It should have been listed in the collectable perfume bottles category.

 

It was entirely predictable that someone would mistake it for the real thing, and it probably ruined their Christmas. I hope you're not going to quibble over refunding them.
