Your buyer paid £50 for a dummy, shop display Chanel Bleu bottle - not far short of price of the real thing!

I know that you stated that it was a dummy, but you wrongly listed it as new under "men's fragrences", which it wasn't. It should have been listed in the collectable perfume bottles category.

It was entirely predictable that someone would mistake it for the real thing, and it probably ruined their Christmas. I hope you're not going to quibble over refunding them.

They need to open a not as described dispute and once they do then you send a pre paid label for the return

Once you have it back refund through the resolution centre dispute

There is no point in arguing about it as ebay will almost always go with the buyer,

It all has to be done through a dispute for you to get your ebay fees back
