My buyer has bought a pair of Nike trainers from me (used good condition) and she is asking for a refund saying that they are fake, which they are not. I have provided details of where I bought them and told her to go into a Nike shop for confirmation that these are genuine. She has opened a case against me and asked for a refund. I do not feel that the refund is justified as they are genuine Nike. She has 14 feedback, I have 557 100% feedback. Surely this must account for something. She has obviously decided that she doesnt like them and is using this as an excuse to return them and I will be out of pocket with postage both ways. She paid £4.99 and quite frankly Im fed up with ebay who tend to rule in the buyers favour all the time. If ebay rule in her favour can I appeal the decision and if so how?
