I sold a dress and the buyer said she wasn't sure it fitted well. I don't offer refunds but gave her the option to return at her expense. She said she would keep the item. 5 days later she has contacted me again and says that she can't run after her young boys in it !!! I can't see a way out of this that won't result in negative feedback or me having to accept the return. Help please!!
Thank you. The person in question has said they have worn it whilst chasing her young children. In reality my new garment isn't new anymore !
