I sold an item to a buyer who was delighted with the purchase and paid immediately.
About a week later she contacted me saying she wanted to return them as they were too small.
I realised that for some reason eBay had put ‘returns accepted’ on this sale (I never take returns) so she wants to return them because she can.
Am I obliged to accept the return even though the item was sold in good faith and there’s nothing wrong with them, except that they’re now too small for her?
Please advise?
