Buyer restrictions 2021

Hi there, buyers are messaging me saying it's coming up with a restriction notice that they can't bid on more than two of my items? I don't have any restrictions in place. I know there used to be an option where you could limit the amoutn of items somebody bids on, but there isn't even a tick box for that anymore.

Any help would be appreoicated!

Restriction is still there

Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought XX of my items in the last 10 days

Hi there, thanks for the response. When I click on the link it doesn't show the 'Block buyers who are currently winning' section, it just has a Blocked Buyers list (where you input buyers' names), Buyer Exemption List (exempt named buyers from your rules) and then Buyer Requirements, with every box unticked.
