Buyer bought and paid and then requested to cancel the order

Hello,

To the right of the item purchased  from More Actions drop down menu , select Cancel this order.  Then select buyer change of mind.  This is then sent to the buyer,  and when they accept this a refund follows,  you will be informed by eBay,  a refund has been made and your FVF are refunded.
