I recently sold a mobile phone online, it says that the buyer has paid. However, I have not been paid. I have checked and there are no pending payments, but nonpayment has been received into either my bank account or PayPal account. eBay are impossible to contact as it seems that the only options are contact the buyer, the community or PayPal? Anyone experienced this or know what to do?
If you are on the managed payments then ebay take the payment and then take off fees and pay the remainder into your bank
It can take a few days but if ebay say it was paid and to send you have to send
Go to the seller hub and check the progress under Payments
