Buyer not recieved item

Hello everyone, 

I have an issue with a buyer that bought a fresh perishable product from me nearly a month ago,and a month on now says that they havent recieved said items,in my listing it clearly states that a request is opened within 14 days. What do I do,I have messaged the buyer but have had no response. Many thanks for your time.

In case you didn't realise that you are Trading Kilos of Flour on a Private Account. You are trading illegally and need to update to a Business Account from Help and Contact at the top of the Page. Type in Upgrade My Account.

as an unregistered business seller you don't have a leg to stand on

 

 

14 days is for change of mind returns

 

 

buyers have 30 days to open a not received case

 

 

if you don't have a tracking number that shows delivery you need to refund the buyer

Upgrade to a Business Account

You cannot make up your own rules about a buyer not receiving an item.  It's 30 days to open a claim with eBay,  and 180 days to open a claim with Paypal.

 

Advise your buyer to open the relevant case,  and refund through  those case details,  within 8 days,  to receive your seller fee back,  and not to get a defect on your account.
